Retooled and ready for the renewal season. SwetsWise 5.3 is released!

Swets is pleased to announce the successful release of SwetsWise 5.3, the latest technical update to its pioneering portfolio of products and services. Release 5.3 installs a list of technical improvements and additional functionalities into a number of SwetsWise’s electronic services, drawn directly from customer feedback and suggestions. These suggestions resulted from direct input during usability improvement studies as well as from conversations with customers.

Release 5.3 simply cements that position further.”

One of the main additions within release 5.3 is an expansion of the Bulk Renewal functionality present within SwetsWise Subscriptions, the core focus of the SwetsWise portfolio. This functionality allows the customer to handle their entire renewal process online, following existing renewal workflows and procedures, while reducing the amount of work they have to invest in this process. It also provides the customer with the information needed to stay in complete control of the status of all their renewal subscriptions, including cancellation restrictions and upgrade options.

Release 5.3 also furthers the integration of all SwetsWise services by providing customers with a centralized title management area enabling the customer to upload a title list once and have the data appear in the A-Z list, license management and price-per-use statistic modules.

Additionally, a number of new options and features have been installed within the substantial claiming and reporting areas of SwetsWise Subscriptions. This expansion will allow customers to obtain an even greater amount of information on their acquired content, leading to a deeper understanding and more effective management of their collection and its usage.
